設計理念 將糖果廠「製糖專家」生產牛軋糖的傳統印象,重新定義為酪農戶「專家製糖」的新風貌。讓牛軋糖由華人圈傳統年節應景糖果,重新定義為觀光旅遊伴手禮的常銷型商品。 圍繞著以「牛」為主題的設計元素,讓消費者透過「視覺」、「聽覺」、「觸覺」與「味覺」全面感受這個台灣著名牧場的風情。 拎著走的小包裝 單口味小包裝以「乳牛斑紋」、「牛皮紙」與「牛仔褲車縫線」三種設計元素營造酪農牧野印象。本袋成形前可壓扁節省運輸倉儲成本,成形後可站立展示。 提繩兼具封口機能,非破壞性的開封設計,達成回收再利用目的,亦創造了讓消費者提著走的展示廣告效果。 會叫的全口味禮盒 延續小包裝以「牛」為主題的設計元素,外盒整體以乳牛斑紋的麻布裱褙於瓦楞紙上,營造柔軟的觸感。盒蓋內側的鳥瞰地圖,凸顯了瑞穗酪農印象與地方風土。 打開禮盒時,光感應元件會啟動蜂鳴器,透過盒體產生共鳴,經盒蓋反射聲波到消費者面前,造成地圖中牧場傳出牛叫聲的效果(台灣新型專利 第M276810號)。 輕量化瓦楞紙盒體,相較於等容量裱褙禮盒,減輕三分之一以上重量,成本也跟著降低了。消費者可利用本盒作為日常收納,兼具趣味、實用與環保。 Design Concept Transforming the traditional image of "Candy Expert" that a candy factory produces Nougat to the new image of "Expert Making Candy" that a dairy farmer produces Nougat. Redefining Nougat as an all-season gift for tourists instead of a Chinese New Year's celebration candy. Making consumers feel the atmosphere of this famous ranch in Taiwan through "seeing", "touching", "hearing" and "tasting" by combining the theme of "cow". Retail Portable Package This single-flavor package creates the ranch atmosphere through three design elements: cow spots, kraft paper, and jean-style suture. (In Taiwan, people call kraft paper as "cowhide paper", and call jeans as "cowboy's trousers".) Before formed, the bag is flat to reduce the cost of logistics; after formed, it can be displayed in a standing position. The carrying cord can be used to seal the bag. This non-destructive opening design helps reuse, which gains more advertising exposure when consumers carry it around. Assorted-Flavor Gift Box that Moos Following the "Cow" theme of the retail portable package, the linen printed with cow spots is mounted on the corrugated paper box to create a soft sense of touch. The landscape of the Ranch is printed inside the box cover to highlight the image of Rare Seed Ranch and its local atmosphere. When the box is opened, the light sensor will trigger the buzzer to generate resonance in the box. The sound wave will be reflected by the box cover making consumers hear the cows mooing as if they were in the Ranch. (Patent pending in Taiwan and China) Compared with other mounted boxes with similar capacity, this gift box is made of light-weight corrugated paper that saves over one-third of the weight and production cost as well.
